BALLING LIGHT SALT CARBONATE MIX

Balling Light Carbonate Mix from Fauna Marin is a pure special salt for carbonate supply using the Balling Light method in saltwater aquariums.

Our salts meet pharmaceutical purity standards and are packaged with appropriate protection. We not only pay attention to the data sheet, but also check organic and inorganic trace elements as well as the effectiveness of the salts.

With Fauna Marin Balling Light salts you get the purest special salts available for marine aquariums. We also use bioactive stabilizers, pH buffers and special minerals in our salts, which significantly increase the stability of the chemical parameters in the aquarium. The added trace elements remain more stable in solution and are therefore more readily available to the corals.

By using our salt mixtures, you can specifically add minerals and trace elements that are missing or only available in limited quantities in commercially available sea salts. The addition of bioactive components and the purity of our salts prevent the corals from darkening and increase their growth and color development.

The Fauna Marin Balling Light System is a complete, self-contained system that can be used in conjunction with all standard filter systems. It does not matter whether you use a zeolite system, the standard Berliner system or a natural filter system, e.g. using mud filtration. With the Balling Light method, you add exactly the substances that the aquarium is missing.

Dosage :

• approx. 10 ml per 100 liters = + 0.5 dKH
• we recommend a carbonate hardness of 6.5- 8
• start by adding magnesium, then calcium and carbonate, there should be an interval of about 10 minutes between doses

Dosing instructions :

• Carbonate mix only comes in canister 3
• For the Balling Light method for the basic supply of your saltwater aquarium, 3 canisters are used
• Dissolve 500 g Balling Light Carbonate-MIX in 3 litres of osmosis water
  • then add TRACE supplements:
    25 ml Balling Light TRACE 3 , then fill up to 5 liters with osmosis water

The exact dosage amounts cannot be given as a general rule, as every aquarium is different. Please calculate your exact consumption using the AquaCalculator and then dose the amounts calculated there to suit your aquarium.

Storage note :

• The product has a minimum shelf life of approx. 3 years.
• Store it dry, protected from light at normal room temperature.
• Avoid contaminating the product with bacteria or dirt.
• Make sure that children do not have access to the products being used or stored.

Disposal :

• The empty can can be disposed of in the household waste or at recycling centers.
• Please observe your local regulations regarding waste disposal.
